As a small town Polish girl born and raised in Castle Creek, New York (just northof Binghamton) I fell in love with photography in high school when I made a pinholecamera in my Photography 101 class. I was amazed how such a simple assembly couldfreeze a moment in time. From then on, you would find me always with a camera inhand taking pictures of nature, people, and anything that happened to get in myway!

After an internship in New York City, the photography capital of the world, andgraduating with a degree in Photography & Design, I embarked on a career shootingjewelry, vintage couture, and antique furniture in Manhattan. Though it was funand challenging, I missed the interaction of human emotion with the camera. Thereis nothing more fulfilling to me than capturing a true moment of a persons uniquecharacter.

When my sisters started having children, I felt I had found my true calling as a portrait photographer. I believe that a woman is at her most beautiful when she is pregnant and I seek to capture that beauty. I love photographing children andcapturing all those silly, playful moments that happen when they don’t even realize the camera is on them.
